Not at all. Complete beginners are welcome — and really, who we had most in mind when building Isobel's Yoga. Every class is taught so newcomers feel at home and experienced practitioners feel challenged.

Especially for you, actually. Yoga meets you exactly where you are — it isn't about touching your toes, it's about what happens on the way down.

If you have one, bring it along. If not, don’t worry, just let me know and I will bring a spare for you.

Let me know before class and we'll work around it. Yoga is very adaptable and there's almost always a modification that works. If in doubt, check with your GP first.

Anything you can move comfortably in. Leggings, joggers, a loose top — whatever you'd wear for a gentle workout. No special kit required.

Yes — private sessions are a brilliant option if you want to build confidence before joining a group, work on something specific, or just prefer your own space. Get in touch through our contact and we'll find something that works.

We offer Hatha and Vinyasa group classes at just £15. Currently it is pay per class. We also offer private teaching for just £50. Get in touch with any questions about pricing, such as class blocks.

Mostly we go ahead rain or shine — a bit of fresh air never hurt anyone. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable, you'll hear from us in plenty of time.

We keep the classes intentionally small sop every person feels listened to and fully present.

Classes are kept intentionally small, so there is attention on every person’s practice and no one feels left behind. We are rooted in community and nature, making you feel more connected and present with yourself and the world you live in. And to top it off, we offer collaborations including free coffee with local cafes. What better combo?
